Everyone's happiness comes with the essential, yet remarkable skill of adaptability that often goes unnoticed. Change is an inevitable phenomenon which never leaves one's side and instead of viewing it as a challenge, it can unleash an opportunity via this simple skill. Kuhu moved from India 10 months ago to the US and used the TEDx platform to advocate the one thing that helped her meddle in with all the newness that surrounded her. In this talk, she breaks down the importance of adaptability, the various paths towards it, tied in with a few examples, and finally explains how to 'adapt to the skill of adaptability'. The practice of adaptability should be executed to an extent where one holds onto their roots and beliefs, while never changing oneself. One's ability to adapt should always be presented with confidence, and to a fixed limit that doesn’t damage their reality. Adaptability can flourish one's identity as quoted by Kuhu's personal experience. Kuhu Jayaswal is a junior at Nashua High School South and recently moved from India. Being new to Nashua, she is passionate about making the best out of her opportunities while becoming a part of the community and socializing with different individuals. She is positively driven, determined, friendly, and is enthusiastic about the new experiences she witnesses. Her aim in life is to become an entrepreneur and actively expand on various ideas. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at [ Ссылка ]
