A scuffle broke out Friday at the Delhi-Haryana Singhu border where farmers have been protesting against three laws for the past two months. A large number of men claiming to be 'locals' demanded that the area be vacated. Police resorted to lathi charge and fired tear gas shells to disperse the crowd.
