UPDATE: The man who was driving the truck that was hauling the concrete beam has been arrested by the Collegedale, Tennessee Police Department.
According to police, Jorge Luis Cruz-Vega has been charged with felony reckless endangerment, failure to yield and a registration violation.
His court date is set for April 12, 2023.
