Masjid Al Qiblatain means, the Masjid with two Qiblas, this is the mosque where Prophet Muhammad SAW. Was leading prayer facing at old Qibla direction (which was at Masjid Al Aqsa), upon receiving revaluation (wahi), he immediately turned arround to face Kaabah, Makkah, and those praying behind him also did the same.
