"Patlican Kebap" in Turkish!

Eggplant kebab with it's common name. A very popular Turkish food, with all other kind of kebabs.

Ingredients for the Oven Baked Eggplant Kebab Recipe:
Eggplants
1 lbs (450g) low fat ground beef
1 onion
2 tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Black pepper
2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 tbs Olive oil
1 tbs tomato paste
2-3 tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
1 pepper
