White Chocolate Mud Cake is extremely moist, rich, dense, almost fudgy cake somewhat between the Brownie and the Fudge, and believed to be a descendant of both - it almost melts in your mouth. This cake would be perfect for any special occasion. Mud cakes are one of the best desserts out there for chocolate fans. Making a mud cake involves separately mixing dry and wet ingredients, the wet being heated and thoroughly melted and combined before being added to the mixed dry ingredients, after which all is gently mixed together. Mud cake is a very good cake for freezing.
Ingredients:-
Milk - 1 cup
White Chocolate - 100g
Butter - 60g
Powdered Sugar - 50g+50g
Cake Flour - 130g
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Baking Soda - ½ tsp
Salt - ¼ tsp
Egg Whites - 2
Vinegar - ¼ tsp
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
Recipe Notes:-
* If the top of the cake browns too quickly, cover the tin loosely with aluminium foil and continue
baking.
