STEUBENVILLE, Ohio (WKRC) -- The Director of Technology for Steubenville City Schools pleads not guilty. William Rhinaman was indicted on four counts by a special grand jury. Those charges include tampering with evidence, obstructing justice, obstructing official business and perjury. They stem from from an investigation into whether anyone tried covering up information about two Steubenville High football players raping a girl. The prosecutor has not outlined specific allegations against Rhinaman.
