This may not be the most #aesthetic way, but creating folders within your Sims4 MOD folder is one simple way of organizing all of your #sims4 cc'c (custom content)

*** In the video I stated that I recommended you create another folder labeled as 'Extra MOD's' but I didn't say where to create it, THIS EXTRA FOLDER IS NOT GOING TO BE MADE WITHIN YOUR EA FOLDER, just make it as a separate folder in your file explorer. ***
