The project was designed by and embryo transfer procedures were performed by Dr. Brian McOnie, with the assistance of Lisa van der Oort, of Creekside Animal Clinic Ltd., Vernon, BC. email: creekside@uniserve.com
This anaesthetized goat underwent a non-surgical procedure to recover embryos. The doe was under general anesthetic to eliminate distress and administered an analgesic upon recovery from the procedure. This goat was not harmed in this procedure.
