Excellent product! Cleaned my kitchen and bathroom with ease. There’s something about using steam to clean things with. You get this other sense of freshness. Everything feels and smells clean. Please be sure to read the directions first before operating. Get familiar with all of the accessories and their use and function. You have to be patient and let it heat up properly. Use distilled water too if you can. Press the trigger to let out the cooled water in the line before starting your job. Steam will follow soon after. My apologies for not taking before and after pics first. This cleaner bust a cap in all the dirt and grime in my house. Look, stop playing around with those other wack steam mops and cleaners. Get this in your life!
