ingredients:
fish 1kg (Surmai/ king mackerel or Rahu can also be used)
garlic paste 2 tbsp
lemon juice 2 tbsp
green chilli paste 1 tbsp
salt 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
onion 1 small 125g
tomato 2 medium 300g
garlic cloves 5-6
Green chilli 6
coriander 1/2 cup
mustard oil 3/4 cup
mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
cumin 1/2 tsp
curry leaves 4-5
water 2 cups
fenugreek dry 1/2 tbsp
all spices 1 tsp
coriander as needed
مكونات:
سمك 1 كجم (يمكن أيضًا استخدام Surmai / king mackerel أو Rahu)
2 ملعقة كبيرة معجون ثوم
عصير ليمون 2 ملعقة كبيرة
معجون الفلفل الأخضر 1 ملعقة كبيرة
ملح 1 ملعقة صغيرة
كركم 1 ملعقة صغيرة
بصلة صغيرة 125 جم 2
طماطم وسط 300 جرام
5-6 فصوص من الثوم
الفلفل الأخضر 6
1/2 كوب كزبرة
3/4 كوب زيت خردل
1/4 ملعقة صغيرة من بذور الخردل
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة بذور الحلبة
كمون 1/2 ملعقة شاي
أوراق الكاري 4-5
2 كوب ماء
1/2 ملعقة كبيرة حلبة جافة
جميع البهارات 1 ملعقة صغيرة
كزبرة حسب الحاجة
