Ingredients:
1 cup quinoa
1 cup ground pork lean
1 medium size white onion diced
3 cloves garlic chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce ( optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon garlic powder ( optional)
Flaked/crushed parsley or fresh
1 1/2 cup water ( or estimate your water if you wanted dry or so soft your quinoa)
