The battle over the AmaZulu throne is expected to resume in the North Gauteng High Court on Monday.

Prince Simakade Zulu is challenging the appointment of his half-brother King Misuzulu kaZwelithini who ascended the throne after the passing of King Goodwill Zwelithini in 2021.

Prince Simakade who is the late King's eldest son, believes he is the rightful heir to the throne and his supporters in the AmaZulu Royal Family are confident that they have enough grounds to prove this.
