"Why don't you fall out of bed while sleeping? Most people move around when they are sleeping. Some move around quite a bit. So how does the body know to not move that extra foot or two where you might fall off the edge? You usually don't even move close enough where you might start falling but wake up to catch yourself. Why is this?"
