In this video, we show you how to use the unique email feature in Casebook. Every record in Casebook is assigned a unique, auto-generated email address, which allows you to monitor and conduct both inbound and outbound email communications.
You can easily search for caseworkers or clients and add them to the email list, as well as CC a supervisor if necessary. You can add attachments just like a normal email and the conversation will be saved within the communication section of Casebook.
This feature is also useful for working with volunteers or outside parties who need to submit data but shouldn't have access to the full system.
Emails sent to the unique email address will show up in the notes section, allowing you to easily monitor communication and protect data for audits. Follow up on historical conversations with ease.
