A Voluntary group has come together to raise awareness for the poppy appeal by making a huge knitted throw.
Organisers and volunteers from the appeal in Selby have been inundated with the wooly flowers which have been donated from all over the world.
Once finished, it will be displayed in the Selby Abbey later in the year
