1. Equip Heir 1, Heir 2 and Heir 3 Runes
2. Go to Living Failures fight but before entering the fog make a backup save in case you fail
3. Fight the boss until it has only %5-7 HP and kill the last two enemies with visceral attack (shoot them with your pistol just before they hit you and while they are staggered, press R1).

It multiplies the echoes you get with up to %650 in your first visceral and every visceral you get after that (which must be within 5 seconds) will add 10⁴.2,7 + %650 echoes. In this video I did 2 viscerals in a row and got over 300 million. It’s obvious that if you manage to do at least 3 viscerals, you’ll get 999mil which is the very limit of blood echoes you can have in Bloodborne.
