A couple years ago I invested in the Barstarzz BTX full body transformation bundle and was overall pretty happy with it so figured I'd make it my first review video here on Minus The Gym. The BTX program is designed for beginner/intermediate calisthenics, meaning those who can't do a pull-up can start this program.
The program includes a 12-week structure for transforming your body, skill challenges, full exercise/workout library and a small nutrition guide. In the video I explain how the program is accessed, show an example workout routine from it (the very first one), and give a breakdown of how many workout routines there are total. I also explain the drawbacks to the program so you can decide if it's right for you.
