1 tbsp soy sauce
2 cup chicken stock
►For the Mashed Potatoes
1kg or 2.2lbs medium potatoes
1 cup (240ml) or 8.4 fl oz double or heavy cream
1/2 cup (113g) or 4oz melted butter
Bay leaves
Pink peppercorns
Coriander seeds
Thyme
1 tsp salt
1.5 tsp black pepper.
