Now, these are the requeriments to fight Akuma:
- Unlock Fei Long, Cammy, Sakura, Rose, Dan and Gen. (All the other unlockable characters except Gouken and Seth)
- Play arcade mode with a character you have previously finished arcade mode with.
- Win two perfect rounds, it can be in two different battles. (Maybe you just need one perfect round, but I am not sure)
- Don't lose any battle.
After beating Seth you will fight Akuma, you have to defeat him to unlock him as a playable character.
