Step 1:
Carefully detach the basket or wicker tray from its holder.

Step 2:
Find a well-ventilated area, preferably outdoors, and lay down a protective surface. Shake the spray paint well and evenly coat the basket holder in your desired color. Follow the paint can's instructions for drying times between coats, and apply additional coats if necessary to achieve the desired finish. Allow the paint to dry completely.

Step 3:
Carefully open the picture frame, removing any existing artwork or glass.

Step 4:
Get creative! Use your art supplies to customize the frame according to your preferences. You can paint, draw, or glue on decorative items like beads, sequins, or fabric. Allow any paint or glue to dry completely before moving on to the next step.

Step 5:
Once both the basket holder and frame are fully dry, position the frame where you want it on the holder. Apply hot glue to the backside of the frame, focusing on the corners and edges. Carefully press the frame onto the basket holder, making sure it's aligned correctly and securely bonded. Hold the frame in place for a few minutes to ensure a strong bond as the hot glue cools and solidifies.

Step 6:
Inspect your DIY project to ensure everything is securely attached and looks the way you want it. Make any final adjustments or add any additional decorations if desired.
