Alec Baldwin and Hannah Gutierrez Reed are to be charge with involuntary manslaughter for the fatal shooting of Halyna Hutchins by the Santa Fe DA before end of the month. Some news outlets incorrectly stated they have already been charged. If convicted they could face up to 18 months (plus up to 5 Years). Involuntary manslaughter is a 4th Degree Felony. People are divided. Even though it was an accident, it was still criminal and negligent. I’m shocked Baldwin is going to be charged!
