Today, I help a friend fix his truck after a "MECHANIC" left him broke and broken. The spider got broken by the other guy. We replace that and then find the root cause of the crank no start issue. It turned out to be very simple. This goes for all 4.3 Vortec engines on S10, Sonoma, Blazer, and Jimmy trucks.
