Watch as food writer Megan Giller and comedian Nevada Caldwell cook and eat two meals that famous novelist Virginia Woolf ate in 1928 at the University of Cambridge: one at a men’s college, and one at a woman’s college. One meal is so disgusting that they had no choice but to drink multiple bottles of wine to wash it down.
What Women Ate is a funny feminist food show hosted by food writer and history nerd Megan Giller. Each episode centers on one famous historical woman and a meal she ate -- and how it shaped world HERstory.
