Today's Meditation We Will Discuss The Law Of Karma Or Conscious Decision-Making And See How By Making The Right Choices, We Can Bring Goodness Into Our Lives.
When You Are Making A Choice, You Should Ask Yourself: How Will This Choice Bring More Happiness And More Abundance Into My Life And Lives Of Those Around Me?
Having Asked This Question, Shift Your Attention From Your Mind To Your Heart, And The Answer Should Immediately Become Clear.
By Practicing Conscious Decision-Making In This Way, You Will Learn To Observe Your Thoughts And Make Decisions That Are Most Favorable To You.
QUESTION ° 1: How do you normally make decisions?
QUESTION ° 2: How have your key decisions affecting your life?
QUESTION ° 3: How can you make more conscious choices from now on?
Choose two of the limiting beliefs from yesterday's activity that you want to work on.🤸🏼♀👏🏼
From the list of 5 flaws/shortcomings, you wrote down yesterday, select 2 that you want and are ready to work with.
Create an action plan📖 to replace these limiting beliefs with new productive ones. ✍🏻✍🏻
Schedule an action plan by writing down at least 2 actions, specific daily activities, or wider ones extended in time and space.
In order to "fix" a flaw, make a specific plan on how to reduce/eliminate it, or realize its strong side and start using it.
Brainstorm actionable steps you can take.
And immediately after that, begin to act upon your plan.
In addition to this, listen to today's audio file at least 3 times (you only need to do the meditation once).
Write the affirmation of the day in a notebook and keep it in your head, remembering and pronouncing it as often as possible during the day.
Start as early as possible so that there is more time to return to the affirmation of the day.

TODAY, WE DO WHAT WE USUALLY DON'T.
WE PASS THROUGH A NEW ROAD AND NOT THE USUAL PATH WE TAKE ON OUR DAILY COMMUTES. TODAY, YOU CAN TAKE A WALK THROUGH THE PARK AND IF YOU SEE SOMETHING OF INTEREST, TAKE THE TIME TO STOP AND EXPLORE IT. IF YOU'VE BEEN INVITED BY A GROUP OF PEOPLE TO AN INVENT BUT YOU ALWAYS REFUSED TO GO – GO NOW. TRY DOING WHAT YOU USUALLY DON'T.
Have a different breakfast. Dress like you don't. Go to another store. Buy something unusual.
Go to a new cafe. Get to know someone you have been interested in for a long time.
In general, listen to your SOUL during the day and do what it wants. 🙏🏾
