It's fall and I have loads of tomatoes to freeze and can for winter. Here is a step-by-step tutorial on how I freeze my tomatoes. When closing your ziplocs make sure to remove air pockets. I make spaghetti sauce, lasagna and salsa from nice fresh tomatoes but when tomatoes are hard costly this is a great way to have fresh frozen tomatoes for your sauces. Anyone can do this. You could remove skins if you choose but I don't. Thank you for watching and enjoy your day.
