On August 15, Taliban entered Kabul and took over the presidential palace to declare that they are now the rulers of Afghanistan. Except for landlocked Panjshir Valley, the Taliban are controlling entire Afghanistan. For the past 10 days, Afghanistan is dominating headlines with horrifying and gut-wrenching scenes of desperate Afghans trying to flee the Taliban-held country sending shockwaves throughout the world. Several people including U.S nationals have been killed in a suspected suicide attack that rocked Kabul Airport. But as Afghanistan completes 10 days under Taliban rule, we look at how are Afghans including women are dealing with a hardline regime that is notorious for its strict interpration of Islamic Shariah.
