Speaker of the House Paul Ryan said he thinks President Trump is 'trolling people' with the White House threat to remove security clearances from a host of top former intelligence officials. The White House announced the plan Monday, accusing former officials of 'monetizing' their security clearances. Their top target is former CIA chief John Brennan, who called Trump's recent meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin treasonous. One target, former FBI Director James Comey no longer has a clearance.
