On 4 September 2021, Grimm Audio released a new software update that enables Infrared Remote Control functionality for the MU1 Music Server. However, the unit does not contain an IR receiver, and to date, there is no info on the Grimm site. In this video, I will explain how you can make this work.

A note to all users from the Grimm team: please do not plug in the IR cable during the update process. Just let the MU1 run the update untouched.
