Rules:
1- Map must be Uk forest Link below unfortunately pc only
2- will have to place a sell point for products
3- can take loans out for first in game year (January to December) must be paid back by end of second year
4- no loans after first in game year
5- no easy dev money in or anything for fast cash
6- you can start the challenge however you want
7- trees must be cut all of them
8- no tree devourer (except) to remove stumps and tree ends
9- lets have fun
