This is a Ghanaian traditional chip. It is a crunchy deep-fried snack and it is popularly suited for a lot of west African occasions. I got the inspiration from Sweet Adjeley, the continental food madam. I will leave the link to her version of these chips below.
Ingredients
4 cups - flour
1 tsp - baking powder
1 tsp - salt
1/2 cups butter
1/2 of a medium
1 cup - water. add little by little to your desired texture
oil for frying
