* Ingredients (makes 7-8)
- 3 string cheese and 3 sausages
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- Frying oil
- 1/3 cup sugar
- Ketchup & honey mustard
- 8 skewers
*Batter ingredients
- 1.5 cups of flour ( all purpose flour plus more for dusting)
- 3 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 2 Tbsps of sugar
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup of water
