Traditional hip muscle stretches do a fantastic job at releasing tight muscle around the hip. However, despite how good certain hip muscle stretches and techniques can be they miss one crucial aspect of a restricted hip - the hip joint capsule.
In today's video, I go through how to do the banded hip capsule stretch. This is easily one of the most important and beneficial hip mobility exercises you should be doing based on its ability to make immediate changes to your hip mobility!
