A Completely Wiped out Family is a family whose members were entirely killed during the 1994 Genocide Against the Tutsi, with no one to continue the family line. Since 2009, the families are remembered under the theme, “Ntukazime Nararokotse” “You will never be forgotten, as I have survived”. #Ntukazime #Kwibuka24 #Rwanda
