Menstruation is a sacred & precious time
of your cycle; a time to look inward, to ground and connect with the earth.

Celebrate and honor this time by allowing yourself true, restorative rest.

This yin yoga practice can be done with or without props. I invite you to create a “womb cocoon” AKA a comfortable, cozy & warm space to practice in.

No matter what we may have been told, this time can be pleasurable, too.

Do you have another name for your period? I personally like “moon time” and “winter season”.
