As summer is winding down, I find myself wanting to hang on to summer a little bit longer. You can do that with this delicious Keto hibiscus cooler, known as "Jamaica" in Mexico. It’s a little bit tart and a little bit sweet and is topped off with bubbly, refreshing seltzer water and a sprig of mint.
