I'm Christin Peeples, Founder of Boss Up Culture Org - Non-profit dedicated to bring awareness, prevent & eradicate workplace bullying abuse. In this video I share why I am so passionate about this cause and how those going through this painful experience can come out of this successfully. I share my story raw and uncut of how workplace bullying affected my life and the key I found to finally set me free from the abuse. I discuss my struggles and how I got to the other side to help others. This is now my life's mission and my intent is to share more of my experiences in depth so others know what to look out for to protect themselves should they find themselves as being targets of this malicious misconduct in the workplace. In ensuring the employee is completely protected I also have began working with employers who honor their employees to ensure this "cancer" doesn't affect their businesses.
