Decline Crunch - Abs Exercise

(Starting Position)
To begin, hook your feet under the rolls of a declined bench and lie back on it.
Then, place your hands on the sides of your head with your elbows pointing out to help stabilize yourself. This is the starting position.
(First Movement)
Now, exhale as you use your abs to curl your torso off the bench while raising your shoulders and keeping your lower back on the bench.
(Second Movement)
Hold the contraction for a moment, and then inhale as you slowly lower your torso back to the starting position.
(General Advice)
Concentrate on your abs throughout this exercise. Only your torso should move, so be sure to keep your neck stationary.
