Ingredients

Hard boiled egg 8 , halved, yolk separated

Cream cheese block 1 , softened in microwave

Tango verde 1⁄8 Teaspoon

Salt To Taste

Pepper To Taste

Chopped jalapeno 2 Tablespoon (little reserved for garnish)

Chopped cilantro 2 Tablespoon (little reserved for garnish)

Red pepper flakes 2 Dash (litle extra for garnish)

Red wine vinegar 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions
MAKING:

In a large bowl, combine boiled egg yolk, cream cheese, tango verde, salt, pepper, jalapeno, cilantro, red pepper flakes, red wine vinegar and mix well.
Fill into halved egg whites.
Garnish with cilantro, red pepper flakes and jalapenos.
SERVING:

Serve and enjoy!
