I cooked law-uy for dinner. it's very nutritious and easy to prepare..my youngest son like it the most. the two girls not so much.

Law Oy is a famous dish in the Philippines but mostly in Visayas and Mindanao. It is a famous vegetable soup in provinces because it's cheap (they pick vegetables from their backyard) and easy to cook.
