Ingredients:
250 gms - Baby Potatoes (boiled & peeled)
1½ tbsp - Oil (for sautéing potatoes)
¼ cup - Fresh Coconut (grated)
2 - Kashmiri Red Chillies (boiled)
½ tsp - Coriander-Cumin Seed Powder
¼ tsp - Asafoetida
½ tsp - Raw Mango Powder
Salt (as per taste)
2 tbsp - Oil (for cooking masala)
1 inch - Cinnamon Stick
4 - Cloves
1 - Bay Leaf
3 - Cardamoms
7-8 - Peppercorns
3 - Onions (sliced)
1 tbsp - Ginger Paste
1 tbsp - Garlic Paste
2 - Green Chillies (broken)
1½ cups - Spinach Leaves (chopped)
2 - Tomatoes (chopped)
2 tbsp - Cashew Nuts (chopped)
2 tbsp - Raisins
1 tsp - Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp - Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp - Sugar
Salt (as per taste)
Juice of ½ a - Lemon
½ cup - Water
2 cups - Cooked Rice
Ghee (for drizzling)
Fried Onions (as required)
1 - Carrot (grated)
Coriander Leaves (chopped, for garnishing)
