The doors of the Big Brother house open once more to welcome a new batch of housemates in "Pinoy Big Brother: OTSO." Housemates from previous seasons collaborate for an invigorating opening performance. The hosts introduce eight male teen Star Dreamers who received their invitation from Big Brother. The eight Star Dreamers face an elimination process to determine the four official teen housemates. Big Brother also lets ex-housemates take a peek at the newly renovated interior of the house.

The excitement and surprise continue in the second leg of “Pinoy Big Brother: OTSO’s” kickoff party! Joining in on the fun, Sheena Belarmino, Janine Berdin, Loisa Andalio, and Maymay Entrata open the show with a lively number. Later, the hosts introduce eight female teen Star Dreamers from across the country. These hopefuls compete against each other to be part of this season's official teen housemates. Also, dare not to miss a big announcement regarding the fate of the remaining Star Dreamers!
