Slump Slider (sciatic nerve glide)
Start from seated position with feet flat on the floor. Round your shoulders forward and bring your chin toward your chest to sit with "slumped" posture, and kick one knee straight with your foot pointed (toes toward the floor). Moving your foot and head simultaneously, slowly flex your foot (toes toward your nose) and lift your head up toward the ceiling, then point your foot (toes toward the floor) and lower chin back toward chest. Repeat as directed.
