येसरी बनाउनुहोस चाम्रे भात सारै मीठो हुन्छ : -

Direction and Ingredients:
Add 2 tbsp ghee
Cardamom, cloves
½ tsp black pepper powder
2 ½ cups rice (any kind)
Add 2 cups water
Add 1/3 cup jiggery
Again, add a cup of water
For potatoes fry
1 tbsp oil
½ tsp cumin seeds
3 dried chilies
Add 2 medium sized chopped potatoes
Add 1 tsp turmeric powder
Salt as per the taste
1 tsp cumin and coriander powder
½ tsp red chili powder
Add chopped cilantro
