In this #shorts video, I share the general technique on how kinesio tape can be used for knee swelling or knee pain and edema. Also known as kinesiology tape, KT tape is used by professional athletes and Olympians, but kinesio tape is also used for the general population by physical therapists and athletic trainers. Many use it for muscle or joint pain, but it can also be used for swelling and edema!
