Alfredo Paolo Dumlao Vargas III (born October 24, 1981) is a Filipino public servant, actor and model. He currently serves as the representative from the 5th district of Quezon City since 2013. He previously served as the city councilor from the 2nd district of Quezon City from 2010 to 2013.
