Cottage cheese casserole with semolina.


Easy to cook, lush, healthy, for children and adults! In this recipe, the proportions of the ingredients are chosen so that the classic curd casserole with semolina turns out to be just perfect both in taste and in appearance. It is very tender and airy, despite the fact that it contains a lot of cottage cheese.

Ingredients:

For 6 servings:
1 kg cottage cheese
3 large eggs or 4 small ones
150 g sugar (7 tablespoons with a small top)
6 tbsp semolina + 1 tbsp. for molding
50 g butter + 1 tbsp. for mold lubrication
small pinch of salt
1 sachet of vanillin

Send to an oven well preheated to 180 C for 45 minutes.

Cut the slightly cooled casserole and serve.

Ингредиенты:

На 6 порций:
1 кг творога
3 крупных яйца или 4 мелких
150 г сахара (7 столовых ложек с небольшим верхом)
6 ст.л. манки + 1 ст.л. для обсыпки формы
50 г сливочного масла + 1 ст.л. для смазывания формы
маленькая щепотка соли
1 пакетик ванилина

Отправить в хорошо разогретую до 180 С духовку на 45 минут.

Слегка остывшую запеканку нарезать и подавать.
