HOW DO YOU GET YOUR SANDWICH🥖 MADE ?
When I stand in a queue for sub or sandwich; have seen people generally ask for some veggies to be dropped and many sauces to be added. That actually destroys the entire concept of wanting to have a healthy meal. Here is what I do; whether any part of India or Abroad; I give these instructions -
1. to make simple veggie delight sandwich (sub). I don’t go for paneer or any other Tikki fillings
2. Select multi grain or honey oats bread
3. And remove the inside of bread; make a hollow
4. So that you can get more veggies filled inside
5. Just take any one sauce and that too just little (these sauces or salad dressings are loaded with oil and fats)
& that’s all; this way, you will get MORE VEGGIES AND LESS CARBS sandwich (sub).
By the way, I also don’t take soft drinks as they are very high on sugar.
