Today's class is 20 minute glutes pilates, to sculpt and tone.
Sidenote/confession - the word booty makes me gag lol, BUT for the sake of searches and trying to reach anyone looking for a little glutes workout, I put my personal issues aside haha! So if it too makes you gag, my apologies.
I absolutely love a little glutes burn, it may be one of my favourite workouts (core burn is great too!) So I do hope you enjoy.
Add a resistance back above the knees, on the thighs, to work your glutes even more.
CLASS STYLE: Mat pilates for glutes. Glutes tone and sculpt.
LEVEL: All levels :)
PROPS: Resistance band on the thighs, above the knees. Your glutes will literally be on fire which is perfect ;)
You know your body best. Please always listen to it, rest when needed, move in a way that feels right for you. On and off your yoga mat.
