We just got back from the Electronics Expo in LA California and For those of you who don't know what E3 is its one of the largest game conventions in the world, undoubtedly the largest in the US. We realize that not everybody is lucky enough to go to E3, and that's why we are here today: to give you an in-depth look at Perfect World Entertainment @ E3.
This year at E3 we showcased 3 of our newest games. First off we have BOI which is currently in OB and people at the show enjoyed the armor and were a little shocked additionally HOTK which is planned to be release mid July. Furthermore, Forsaken World, our first internationally develop title is slated to release this winter. We also had our big reveal for swordsman online and had its exclusive world debut of not only the CG trailer but its first game play trailer.
There's been A LOT of buzz around F2P games recently so we took the opportunity at E3 this year to ask people what their opinion was about F2P games and the response was very strong.
While we were extremely happy to have such an epic lineup of titles at E3 this year, we were even happier to see fans impressions and reactions to our games.
As you have seen, we had a great show at E3 this year, we had a really strong presence, we were more than pleased to see some of our fans reactions, but to see some of the impressions that media and interviewers walked away with. When we started PWE here in north America, we started with the intent of changing peoples minds about free to play games and changing peoples perception of what F2P is. I believe that E3 was a definite landmark in the F2P movement.
